Booking Terms & Conditions
- Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, and other valuable items from their vehicle before any detailing service.
- Child seats will NOT be removed by Limestone Car Detailing. If customers want areas under child seats detailed, they must remove the seats themselves prior to service.
- Limestone Car Detailing is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, including the vehicle being serviced, belongings inside or outside of the vehicle, or damages occurring at the service location. Ensure your vehicle is serviced in a lawful and safe area. If you have concerns, please communicate them with your detailer.
- All vehicles are cleaned at the customer's own risk and must be able to withstand standard cleaning procedures.
- Estimated detailing times vary based on vehicle condition and service type. Some vehicles may require additional time to complete the service.
- While we strive to maintain consistent booking times, adjustments may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance.
- We reserve the right to request debit or credit card details to secure bookings. Payments will be processed securely through our payment provider.
- Limestone Car Detailing reserves the right to modify or reschedule bookings due to staffing levels, weather conditions, equipment failure, or other operational factors.
- All service requests require customer information, including name, address, phone number, email, vehicle details, and selected package. Bookings are not guaranteed and may be canceled at Limestone Car Detailing's discretion.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
- Limestone Car Detailing will not accommodate requests beyond the booked detailing package.
- Verbal or physical abuse towards staff will not be tolerated. Any such behavior will result in service refusal and further action if necessary.
- Service prices may be adjusted based on vehicle condition and additional work required.
Pricing Terms & Conditions
- Limestone Car Detailing reserves the right to charge an hourly rate of $25 (or proportion thereof) for any work exceeding the original booking scope.
- A minimum fee of $30 applies for excessive pet hair removal.
- A $100 surcharge applies for biohazardous materials, including urine, vomit, blood, feces, or similar substances.
- Pricing is determined based on the detailing package or selected services and vehicle type.
Cancellation Terms & Conditions
- We require at least 24 hours' notice for booking cancellations.
- Same-day cancellations without prior agreement may result in full payment being charged.
- Limestone Car Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or amend bookings as needed but will notify customers where possible.
- Failure to be present at the agreed time and location without prior agreement may result in the full service charge.
Service Guarantee
- If it is determined that the service technician did not fulfill the agreed-upon package or there is clear evidence of poor craftsmanship, we will redo or refund the affected portion of the service at no additional cost.
- Any unauthorized cleaning of the vehicle after our service, whether personal or professional, will void our service guarantee. No redos, refunds, or reimbursements will be provided after unauthorized cleaning.
- Failure to disclose significant issues such as heavy stains, foul odors, biological waste, mold, mildew, chemical spills, or hazardous materials at the time of booking voids the service guarantee.
- Additional services may be required beyond the originally booked package. Declining recommended services may invalidate our service guarantee.
- Only services explicitly included in the booking and any additional approved services are covered under the service guarantee. Unapproved services are performed at the customer's own risk.
- Payment is due upon service completion. Failure to pay will void our service guarantee.
- Any service-related claims must be made within 48 hours of service completion via phone or email. Supporting photos must be submitted within 24 hours of the claim.
